These beans come from the Simbai region, just over the Bismarck Range that borders the Western Highlands Province and are grown in fertile, rich volcanic soil. They feature a medium to full bodied creamy cup characterized by bittersweet chocolate, caramel, dried cherry, and green tea.

This blend consists of medium to dark roasted beans coming from Central America and Indonesia. The Nicaraguan beans offer a body and dark chocolate to the cup while the Costa Rican beans add nuttiness and the fruity citrus and brightness to the cup. Rounding out the flavor is our Indonesian Java beans that offer a subtle spice and pair with the Nicaraguan beans to balance the body. The result is a very well-balanced cup that hits all over the tongue.
