Ethiopia Yirgacheffe
These beans come from the Konga Coop in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. They are Fair Trade Certified. The high elevation and rainfall that the region experiences results in an amazingly unique cup. It is light bodied and features a fruit forward profile of grapefruit and red berries with a jasmine aroma and rounded out with a subtle chocolate.

This blend consists of medium to dark roasted beans coming from Central America and Indonesia. The Nicaraguan beans offer a body and dark chocolate to the cup while the Costa Rican beans add nuttiness and the fruity citrus and brightness to the cup. Rounding out the flavor is our Indonesian Java beans that offer a subtle spice and pair with the Nicaraguan beans to balance the body. The result is a very well-balanced cup that hits all over the tongue.
