These Java beans are grown at high altitude on the eastern side of the island. With a more medium body than other Indonesian beans, our beans reflect the best of what a true Java should be. The result is a very clean cup with green pepper spice, a subtle earthiness, and light pipe tobacco flavor.

This blend consists of medium to dark roasted beans coming from Central America and Indonesia. The Nicaraguan beans offer a body and dark chocolate to the cup while the Costa Rican beans add nuttiness and the fruity citrus and brightness to the cup. Rounding out the flavor is our Indonesian Java beans that offer a subtle spice and pair with the Nicaraguan beans to balance the body. The result is a very well-balanced cup that hits all over the tongue.
