The Antigua region in Guatemala is characterized by the rich volcanic soil from the surrounding three volcanic mountains. The beans that come from this valley produce a rich chocolate aroma, subtle sweetness, and lively fruity flavor. This is a very balanced, medium bodied coffee.

This blend consists of medium to dark roasted beans coming from Central America and Indonesia. The Nicaraguan beans offer a body and dark chocolate to the cup while the Costa Rican beans add nuttiness and the fruity citrus and brightness to the cup. Rounding out the flavor is our Indonesian Java beans that offer a subtle spice and pair with the Nicaraguan beans to balance the body. The result is a very well-balanced cup that hits all over the tongue.
