This blend combines an exclusively grown Maui bean with an Indonesian Java bean that offers an island twist on the traditional Mocca Java blend. Packed with 50% Maui coffee, this blend boasts big chocolate, fruity tones that balance out the earthy and subtle floral and spice tones that come from the Java bean.

This blend consists of medium to dark roasted beans coming from Central America and Indonesia. The Nicaraguan beans offer a body and dark chocolate to the cup while the Costa Rican beans add nuttiness and the fruity citrus and brightness to the cup. Rounding out the flavor is our Indonesian Java beans that offer a subtle spice and pair with the Nicaraguan beans to balance the body. The result is a very well-balanced cup that hits all over the tongue.
