This blend is our signature espresso blend and is named for our owner’s love of both espresso and contemplation. Just as thoughts and ideas evolve over time so does the flavors offered by this cup. Boasting a big, creamy South American body and crema, our Mokha beans then begin to bring in big chocolate and molasses with a subtle hint of citrus  in the middle and then fade into a touch of African floral and spice at the end. Like all our blends, this espresso is 100% Arabica beans.

This blend consists of medium to dark roasted beans coming from Central America and Indonesia. The Nicaraguan beans offer a body and dark chocolate to the cup while the Costa Rican beans add nuttiness and the fruity citrus and brightness to the cup. Rounding out the flavor is our Indonesian Java beans that offer a subtle spice and pair with the Nicaraguan beans to balance the body. The result is a very well-balanced cup that hits all over the tongue.
