Grown in the Tarrazu region of Coasta Rica, these beans undergo a unique volcanic spring water wash process. The hot thermal spring water accelerates and enhances the breakdown of mucilage, resulting in superior cup clarity. The beans also absorb natural minerals from the spring water, yielding a more, complex, flavorful cup. One can detect the classic fruit notes that are the hallmark of the TarrazĂș region, highlighted with outstanding notes of spice.

This blend consists of medium to dark roasted beans coming from Central America and Indonesia. The Nicaraguan beans offer a body and dark chocolate to the cup while the Costa Rican beans add nuttiness and the fruity citrus and brightness to the cup. Rounding out the flavor is our Indonesian Java beans that offer a subtle spice and pair with the Nicaraguan beans to balance the body. The result is a very well-balanced cup that hits all over the tongue.
