
Costa Rica Jaguar Honey
Grown in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica, these beans undergo a honey process wash. In this process some or all of the mucilage of the coffee cherry - or coffee honey - that coats the parchment is left on during the drying stage, giving the coffee a sweetness that resembles a natural process. The result is a complex cup that highlights the honey process and allows for the natural sugars to enhance the coffees sweetness.
