This blend reflects the original “first blend” Mocca Java. Our faithful representation consists of Yemen Mokha beans and Indonesian Java beans. The Mokha brings big body and chocolate flavor to this blend which pairs nicely with the earthy spice and citrus that the Java offers. The result is a complex blend that offers the best of the regions flavor profiles and captures just why this blend has been around for so long.

This blend consists of medium to dark roasted beans coming from Central America and Indonesia. The Nicaraguan beans offer a body and dark chocolate to the cup while the Costa Rican beans add nuttiness and the fruity citrus and brightness to the cup. Rounding out the flavor is our Indonesian Java beans that offer a subtle spice and pair with the Nicaraguan beans to balance the body. The result is a very well-balanced cup that hits all over the tongue.
